The role you’ll contribute: 

 Prepares and organizes pharmacy medications by name and dosage, as listed on patient orders.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Pharmacy Operations
• Actively performs all pharmacy technician functions and maintains active proficiency in:
• Standard work parameters
• Operational programs
• Dispensing and compounding systems •Hospital computer systems
• Medication ordering systems Maintains operational expertise in and actively provides coverage of the technician services provided by
• Central Pharmacy
• IV Room AND MAY REQUIRE (at least two of the following):
• Oncology Pharmacy Satellite
• Operating Room Satellite
• CVICU Pharmacy Satellite Oversees appropriate utilization of medication automation, technology, and computer systems
• Accurately interprets electronic records
• Maintains expertise in Cerner processes

• Bachelors and 1+ years' experience

LICENSURE REQUIRED:

• Licensed Pharmacist
