The Pharmacy Operations Manager has oversight for sterile & non-sterile compounding of the central pharmacy.  They are responsible for leading the team of pharmacists, pharmacy technician manager, and pharmacy technicians that work in these areas.  This individual assumes responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe, effective and timely medication preparation and delivery in a consistent and reliable manner.  This manager is responsible for day to day operations, personnel management and quality and compliance oversight for compounding.
