Clinical Pharmacist
SummaryThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing a variety of pharmaceutical services - including but not limited to verifying medication orders - preparing and dispensing medications in an accurate and timely manner - sterile processing/compounding according to USP 797and 800 standards - formulary management - medication reconciliation - and patient counseling.
