DescriptionJob SummaryPlans, organizes, supports and maintains clinical pharmacy programs and services to support patient care and professional standards of practice. Recommends innovations in clinical pharmacy practice and function of the hospital pharmacy. Involved in training and education for pharmacy students and medical residents. Provides clinical support for pharmacists, technicians, hospital and medical staff in all assigned areas.
